1. Whisk together the flour, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk the milk, egg whites, and oil until thoroughly blended. Pour the milk mixture into the flour mixture and whisk until smooth.

2. Lightly coat a 10-inch skillet with nonstick cooking spray and place over medium heat. Pour ¼ cup of the batter into the skillet. Tilt the pan in a circular motion to allow the batter to spread to the edges. Cook until the bottom is light brown, about 2 minutes. Flip the crêpe over and place 2 tablespoons of the mixed berries on one half; cook for another 2 minutes. Fold the crêpe in half to enclose the berries. Using a spatula, transfer to a serving plate; cover with foil to keep warm.

3. Repeat with the remaining batter and berries to make 3 more crêpes. Dust the filled crêpes with the confectioners’ sugar and serve.
